Some products may be fulfilled from different locations, including Korea and Singapore. As a result, items within the same order may be shipped separately.
Singapore Delivery
Orders of S$150 or more qualify for free standard delivery.
For orders below S$150, a delivery fee of S$8.00 applies.
Locally stocked items are generally delivered within 3–5 business days.
Deliveries are made from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
Products marked “Ships from Korea” may require additional delivery time. The estimated delivery period will be displayed at checkout or provided in the order confirmation.
International Delivery
International shipping fees vary depending on the destination, and wil be calculated at checkout.
Estimated international delivery times may vary by country and can take up to 14 business days after dispatch.
Recipients of international orders may be required to pay import taxes, customs duties, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns & Exchange
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery, subject to our return conditions.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
For hygiene reasons, opened or used bedding products, pillow inserts, and other personal-use items may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or incorrectly supplied.
To request a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for the request. Return shipping costs may apply unless the product is defective or the wrong item was delivered.
