Some materials carry performance that cannot be engineered in a lab. Dak Fiber is derived from the same mulberry source as Hanji—Korea's traditional paper, used for centuries across climates and generations. What made it last then is what makes it functional now: a porous fiber structure that breathes, regulates moisture, and resists bacteria without chemical intervention.

Derived from beech wood cellulose, it carries a surface softness that synthetic fibers cannot replicate—while maintaining the moisture management and dimensional stability that hospitality and premium bedding environments demand. ICTUS engineers this further through high-density weave construction, so the feel holds through repeated laundering, not just the first touch.
High-density Cotton
Cotton is the most trusted fiber in bedding—and the most misused. The difference between commodity cotton and a premium product is not the fiber itself, but how it is engineered at the weave level. ICTUS applies high-density construction to 60s, 80s, and 100s count cotton, producing fabrics that hold structure, feel refined at first use, and perform consistently across the supply cycle.
